coming soon: the reveal

Spent my first night at the Goose on Saturday, which proved to be, at 96 degrees, the hottest day (and night) since I've been here. Fixing the AC had been the last thing on my mind until then. It has  become more pressing. Anyway, I was moppin' and sweatin' and sweatin' and moppin'. Then letting it "dry" and painting. Even with headband the sweat kept dripping in the paint. So I know there will be some patching up to be done, because some paint is already peeling up. But I don't think I will do it right away unless I get AC.
And I have a question. Why am I always painting floors? Unless I'm misrecollecting, I think I did the pink one last year, and two downstairs floors in Block Island this spring. Am I trying to stay grounded?

So. With the yellow table and aqua floor, I am wondering if a black refrigerator would look bithchin. Remarks?

If you register with a name, you only have to check a box that says I am not a robot!

NO! Yellow and black are really jarring. Trust me. And black will look bigger and loom large in the space.. In my humble opinion. Floor looks great! XX

Ps the Robot tests are back. They made me take two last time . I passed the first one, but had to take a second one anyway.

I think CBA may be right. How about an aqua refrigerator'. Can you paint one to match the floor?

I think I'm going to disregard everyone and buy a black refrigerator—it's available and cheap. New. IfI don't like it I can always paint it.

Love the blue! And like you said, don't worry about the frig color. So many things you can do with "ice boxes,"
as they say down here. Congratulations on the progress.
