Yes, after a number of years I have finally succeeded in getting a re-fi! Which sounds better: 6.6 or 3.8? Bill came to the house to close. He looked at this picture and said, "Yep, that's me all right."

makes alot os sense...now see if you can make payments every 2 weeks which can cut the life of the laon down by @3 years...
