mo

Possibly the bingo capital of the world is just east of Jasper, Ala., for reasons I need to discover. Bypassed the bingo, headed through the best welcome stop ever in Mississippi (gas fireplace, pump organ, poster of Elvis Presley), blasted through Tupelo, Memphis and Jonesboro, Ark. Stopped at the cowboy boot store in Ravensden (anybody want a pair of beautiful ostrich Luccheses?) and still made it to TJ's in West Plains, Mo., by 6:00 to meet up with Dianne. Am at Frank and Dianne's now, contemplating the removal of items in the truck that might get snowed on.

MORE snow! You've headed back into snow. I thought you left NYC just after a snow storm. Spring seems to be well on it's way here. Let us know about the septic tank situation. Glad to hear you safe and about to be home there too.

Snow in MO? No!

Yeah. I had it all figured out to get four springs (Ala., Mo., NY, BI) but it seems that winter is not yet over here. Despite my peeling sunburn.

Well, it snowed all the way from Woonie to Boston. And from Boston to the Berkshires.

Then it rained all the way from the Berkshires to Branchville.

As far as your sunburn goes, if you're at a loss as to what to do, you could always have your appendix out.

That's what I do.
