Yes, I know that bananas supposedly stay good in the refrigerator despite the fact that the peels turn color. But would you eat something that looked like this?

And you're right, I'd only eat a banana that looked like that if
(1)I didn't see it first,
(2)Somebody peeled it for me,
(3)It looked OK on the inside,
(4)And if it tasted OK
