A cicada? Usually they have a darker body. Maybe this is an albino cicada? Does it chirp?
Too small. Definitely a spider. There was meant to be a song to go with this post but the diva bailed at the last minute.

Clearly the offspring of a hermit crab and a spider.
A sort of arachnid zebrule, if you will.
