(what a funny dumpling of a tub! would you post a photo of someone in it for scale, por favor? even the adjacent toilet doesn't quite skew it into a believable size....i don't get it...AND then there's the plug. must be for jets, but i still think it's on oversized rice steamer....)

is this a full service spa?
The spa is not full service, as the proper power has not yet been installed. Yes, the power for jets, lights, music and heater. However, you would be able to bathe in it like a regular tub.
Wolf cub says it needs oversized chopsticks and rolled up white towels.
You Americans sure have your own take on a bidet...
