Scary! But your pot of gold is at the end of that rainbow, if only the weather would cooperate so you can spend a pot of gold and get it built.
My own pot of gold is about to be depleted. I bid on a 2br in Dolores' building. It's on the 19th floor, has balcony facing front and is fully renovated. I'm gonna be broke but I hope I get it.
