Frank, a newspaper editor/publisher from the Ozarks, looked out his window and caught this scene. Since his farm is named Crow's Nest and his newspaper cartoon is called Crowque, I have no doubt that he felt the crows were on home territory here.
But if a bald eagle wanted to have a go at his fish-stocked pond, I doubt that even a murder of crows could stop it.

I had a dream involving bald eagles last night, or the night before.

My hiking group ALL saw a bald eagle circling overhead last Monday, in Marin County, CA. I, of course, had other things to do that day. Bummmmmerrrrr.
So what's with eagles showing up all over the place? Maybe they are coming out to prey on those rats the Republicans, and defend out national honor.
The elephant in the room--not the gorilla. But at least the Defense of Marriage Act is kaput.
