and a fine ride they would have too... over the river and through the woods...all the way to the bank? I think the best way to save money is to never buy property...you have three properties closed and one open? I have three properties open and one closed...there are no bargains in sight but I did rent an apartment tonight to a very nice couple...he said he has a plow and will do the driveway( Jesse's house ) luxury problems galore
Should I post pictures of our taxes? So far (excluding personal property which is almost $1,300) our real estate taxes are over $5,600 & we don't even have the taxes for the one in Oregon Co. yet. :(
On the other hand, I DO have enough horses for us ALL to ride! :)
they must come cheaper by the dozen in the Ozarks eh? actually my first inlaws owned some places down in the hills of West Virginia and that land was literally dirt cheap...even beautiful old log homes (timber framed) went for practically nothing....must have been the supply and demand factor....

If the Goose was in Fairfield County, Connecticut, your taxes would probably be about $7,000 a year.
So take your $6,946.73 straight to the bank.
With all the money you're saving, you could so buy the Thomasville gas station.
I bet FF County would be more like $30,000 these days. I wish I could sock that away. But if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.
