They are putting in new electrical wiring so that they can put a meter on every apartment. Whether this means I will then have to pay for electricity I do not know. I do know that they are not planning to rewire inside my apartment until I move out feet first.
I assume that they are re-doing and stockpiling apartments so that they can sell them and that meters are part of the master plan. I believe they need a certain percentage of apartments and that all tenants like me remain stumbling blocks.
