night and day
How does this work? In November on the island I have to struggle to stay awake until 8:00 pm, while in New York I have to force myself to bed at 1:00 am. When do you sleep?
What a great picture! Whose shadow is that? Where was it taken? It's very mysterioso.
ReplyDeleteOh, My, God. You, of all people, have to ask this?
ReplyDeleteWho just died three years ago?
You sleep when you're dead. Duh.
If you don't know how to do this, catch Warren's bio, coming out next May.
But Warren isn't dead. He's just sleeping.
ReplyDeleteSo true.
ReplyDeleteIs so only in America that one man is many things to so much person.
ReplyDeleteThis rock god Warren now star in Disney remaking of Sleeping Beauty?
Is wonder to Li.
Li must send resume to Mr. Disney. Perhaps Li be cast as Richie Valentine in remaking of La Bambi.
Bambi, dear Uncle. Is Buddy Holly story, star Richie Valens, not cute fawn.
ReplyDeleteI think we've gone fairly far afield here.
ReplyDeleteThe shadow is of boots hanging in the kitchen window.
Not sure what Warren Zevon has to do with this.
boots --okay that's must be why I looked at this and thought:"hanging." Crop out the nyc skyline in the window and you've got yourself a western.
ReplyDeleteFormer Beloved of Li is not familiar with famous song, "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" by Mr. Zevon ?
ReplyDeletePlease to buy two disc anthology of same name.
Perhaps Beloved prefers "Knocking on Buddah's Door", very famous in western by Sam Peckinpaw.
Is line in said song goes "Getting too dark to see." This feng shui, sleeping in darkness while dead.
